Saratoga Bridges has several vocational and employment programs for people with developmental disabilities. Individuals are competitively employed in the community and receive services through Alpha Career Options, our Supported Work Program. You see them happily working at businesses such as Price Chopper, Ballston Area Community Center and Home Depot. Their ability to work increases their self-worth and self-confidence because they feel they are valued by their employers, co-workers and by the community. As a result, they become more productive and independent.
